This is our office location. We meet students here for pickup items & non-range classes. SAFE Firearms Training - where the Second Amendment is For Everyone Do you believe in the Constitution of the United States, specifically the 2nd Amendment? At SAFE Firearms Training, LLC, we believe that "Shall Not Be Infringed" applies to everyone, young and old, experienced or beginner. Our classes are structured based on the needs of the student. Established in February 2016, SAFE Firearms Training, LLC has instructors certified by the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA), United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) and the Maryland State Police (MSP).
